Just 2 miles from Kelso, Jerpoint lies just outside the village of Heiton. Converted from a farm steading, it is now the family home of Karen and Val Kelly, who warmly invite you to stay at their superior bed and breakfast. The accommodation offered is so much more than any other B&B, occupying the entire top floor of Jerpoint. With its own private entrance, the suite of rooms comprises a huge bedroom with a super king sized bed, a sitting room that opens onto a private roof terrace, a bathroom with both bath and shower and a dressing room with plenty of storage space.

Jerpoint combines the luxury of a five star Scottish Borders hotel with the seclusion of a romantic hideaway cottage. Surrounded by open countryside, the views from the roof terrace are stunning. And there's so much to do in the immediate area, whether it be a round of golf at the Roxburghe championship course, fishing for trout and salmon in the nearby Tweed and Teviot rivers or a day at the races at Kelso, the area offers so much. The Scottish Borders is also a haven for walkers and cyclists.

Jerpoint has underfloor heating throughout. There is ample private parking space and a locked garage for motorbikes and cycles. Laundry and drying facilities available.

Organic Scottish Breakfast

We only use the finest locally sourced organic produce, including our own home reared bacon and eggs. Organic evening meals and picnic hampers can also be provided on request.

Child Friendly

We can provide a small foldaway bed or travel cot for your wee ones. A large, safe garden with play equipment, easily seen from the roof terrace is available.

Our Animals

We keep chickens that roam freely and pigs in a fenced off area. We also have two very friendly dogs.

With our Compliments

Tea, coffee, fresh organic fruit and snacks are provided as is a wine cooler that has a selection of drinks for you to enjoy with our compliments.
