Just 2 miles from Kelso, Jerpoint lies in the beautiful Scottish Borders
countryside just outside the village of Heiton. It is surrounded by open
countryside and offers some fantastic views. Floors Castle, the ancestral
home to the Duke and Duchess of Roxburghe, can easily be seen to the north
and Bowmont Forest to the south.

Directions
From Kelso take the A698 over the new bridge, heading in the direction of
Jedburgh. Upon entering Heiton take the first left turning. The farm steadings
are at the top of the hill and Jerpoint is the first building on the left.
Follow the driveway to the end where parking is available.
