General Information
Arrival Time - It is very important that you let us know when you are to arrive
so that there is someone to welcome you. Please telephone us the morning of your
arrival to confirm the time. Your room will be ready from 4:00pm although earlier
arrivals can be accommodated if you are nice to us!
Day of departure - Please vacate your room by 11:00am (12:00 on Sunday).
Booking - A non-refundable deposit of 33% is required before a booking can be confirmed.
Payment - The balance of the cost of your stay will be payable on arrival.
Cancellation - We hope you don't have to but if you do we require 10 days notice
and if cancelled after this time, we will charge a 100% cancellation fee (unless
the suite can be resold).
Changes - Outside the 10 days notice if you wish to change the dates of your stay
a £20 administration fee will be payable.
Parking - There is ample parking space for two large cars. Motorbikes can be stored
in our locked garage.
Cyclists are very welcome - bike storage available, large hot bath and snacks on
standby!
Jerpoint is a no smoking establishment.
